The Institute for Learning Development and Quality Assurance (LP3M) demonstrates its commitment to continuous quality improvement by implementing the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) through the stages of Determination, Implementation, Evaluation, Control, and Improvement (PPEPP). Following the Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) activities, a Management Review Meeting (RTM) was held on February 20, 2025, at the Superpuma Hall, Campus C, UNSURYA. This RTM serves as a strategic agenda of the university to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the management system’s performance, identify areas for improvement, and formulate relevant corrective measures for future development.

Led directly by the Rector, the Management Review Meeting (RTM) was attended by the UNSURYA leadership board, deans, heads of study programs, and relevant staff. The discussion covered the results of monitoring and evaluation (Monev), achievement of Key Performance Indicators (IKU), and the formulation of follow-up action plans (RTL). This RTM reflects LP3M UNSURYA’s strong commitment to maintaining and continuously improving the quality of education.
The RTM agenda included a presentation by the Head of LP3M outlining the objectives, benefits, and significance of the RTM in higher education development. The Head also explained the RTM procedure, which included the opening session, presentation of Monev results, identification of issues and challenges, discussion of recommendations and strategic solutions, development of an action plan, and finally, the closing and conclusion. This was followed by the Secretary of LP3M presenting the Monev results for the odd and even semesters, as well as the overall academic year 2023–2024 for each study program. The presentation also included Monev results per standard and the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (IKU) in line with the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) standards.

The discussion session was interactive, with feedback and input from the Heads of the Aeronautical Engineering and Industrial Engineering programs, as well as the Dean of the Faculty of Law, in response to the Monev findings. The Rector provided constructive feedback to LP3M, highlighting the need to improve data collection methods and ensure alignment of indicators with AMI/LAMEMBA standards. The Head of SPI also suggested that standards beyond education, research, and community service—such as financing and infrastructure—be included in future evaluations.
As a follow-up to the RTM, a meeting to discuss the Follow-Up Action Plan (RTL) will be held on March 20, 2025, to be presented by the deans. UNSURYA remains committed to enhancing the quality of program implementation through ongoing monitoring and evaluation, while ensuring transparency and accountability in every activity.
