
On Saturday, February 22, 2025, Universitas Dirgantara Marsekal Suryadarma (Unsurya) held a Lecturers Meeting in preparation for the Even Semester of the 2024/2025 Academic Year.
The meeting took place at the Super Puma Hall, Campus C Unsurya, and was attended by the Head of the Higher Education Service Institution (LLDikti) Region III Jakarta, Prof. Toni Toharudin, S.Si., M.Sc., the Rector of Unsurya, Air Marshal (Ret.) Dr. Sungkono, S.E., M.Si., along with university officials and all permanent lecturers of Unsurya.

The event began at 08.30 AM (WIB), starting with an opening speech by the Rector of Unsurya, followed by a keynote address from the Head of LLDikti Region III Jakarta on the topic of “One Data Service for Higher Education Human Resources.”
This was followed by a report on the evaluation of academic programs from the Odd Semester of the 2024/2025 Academic Year, delivered by Vice Rector I, Dr. Syamsunasir, S.Sos., M.M., C.Fr.A.
The final session featured a presentation on “Lecturer Career Development and Academic Rank” by Ms. Ina Agustiani, S.E., M.M. from the Qualifications and Career Analysis Division for Educators and Education Personnel, LLDikti Region III. This session aimed to provide a deeper understanding of career advancement and academic functional positions for lecturers.
In addition, an award ceremony was held to recognize outstanding lecturers for their dedication and performance. Ms. Tutik Siswanti, S.E., M.Si. received third place for the highest number of citations, while Mr. Safri, S.E., M.M. was awarded for having the most scientific publications. The Bachelor of Accounting Program earned second place, and the Bachelor of Management Program earned third place in the Best Study Program Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) results for the Odd and Even Semesters of the 2023/2024 Academic Year.
Following the award ceremony, faculty-level meetings were held. The meeting for the Faculty of Economics and Business was led by Dean Dr. Juhaeti, S.E., M.M., accompanied by the Head of the Management Study Program, Ms. Rita Intan Permatasari, S.TP., M.M.
During this session, permanent lecturers received a technical briefing on the use of academic information systems that serve as performance indicators. These include SISTER, BIMA Unsurya, SPADA Unsurya, SIAKAD Unsurya, and SINTA. Lecturers are expected to use these platforms actively and optimally.
This event marked an important academic milestone for the Faculty of Economics and Business at Unsurya, signaling the spirited beginning of the Even Semester with renewed enthusiasm and challenges. Moreover, the lecturers’ meeting served as a valuable opportunity for all permanent faculty members to gather, collaborate, and plan for both teaching activities and Tri Dharma of Higher Education initiatives for the upcoming semester.
