Outstanding Achievement! Master’s in Management Student Successfully Publishes Research in an International Journal in 2024

Academic achievement is a reflection of dedication and hard work in the field of education. One proud accomplishment comes from Khoirul Anam, a student in the Master of Management (S2) program, who successfully published a scientific article in an international journal. The article titled “Analysis of the Impact of Frontliner Employee Performance Assessment at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. KC Jakarta Tanjung Priok” was published in IJORI, Vol. 4, No. 2, May 2024 edition.

In recognition of his success, Khoirul Anam received an award from the Rector of Universitas Dirgantara Marsekal Suryadarma (Unsurya) at the Award Ceremony held on Thursday, February 27, 2024, from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM (WIB) at Hercules Hall, Campus A Unsurya. This award serves as a form of appreciation for his dedication in producing high-quality scientific work that benefits both the academic world and the industry.

This publication not only demonstrates his academic competence but also highlights his contribution in providing new insights into employee performance evaluation in the banking industry. In the article, Khoirul Anam analyzes how frontliner employee performance assessments can impact work effectiveness and the quality of service delivered to customers. The findings of this research are expected to serve as a reference for management practitioners and academics in developing more effective performance evaluation systems.
