Outstanding Achievement! Master of Management Student Successfully Publishes Research in an International Journal in 2024

Academic achievement is a reflection of dedication and hard work in the field of education. One of the proud accomplishments comes from Khoirul Anam, a student of the Master of Management Program (S2), who successfully published a scientific article in an international journal.
The article, titled “Analysis of the Impact of Frontliner Employee Performance Assessment at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. KC Jakarta Tanjung Priok,” was published in IJORI, Vol. 4, No. 2, May 2024 edition.

In recognition of his success, Khoirul Anam received an award from the Rector of Universitas Dirgantara Marsekal Suryadarma (Unsurya) during the Award Ceremony held on Thursday, February 27, 2024, from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM (WIB) at the Hercules Hall, Unsurya Campus A.
The award serves as an appreciation for his dedication in producing high-quality scientific work that contributes to both the academic and professional fields.

This publication not only demonstrates his academic competence but also his contribution in providing new insights related to employee performance evaluation in the banking industry.
In the article, Khoirul Anam analyzes how frontliner employee performance assessments can impact work effectiveness and the quality of service provided to customers.
The findings of this research are expected to serve as a reference for management practitioners and academics in developing more effective performance evaluation systems.
