Universitas Dirgantara Marsekal Suryadarma (Unsurya) held a ceremony to commemorate National Education Day (Hardiknas) 2025 on Friday, May 2, at the Rectorate Courtyard, Campus A. The event was attended by university leaders, lecturers, administrative staff, and student representatives from various faculties.

Serving as the ceremony’s inspector, the Rector of Unsurya emphasized that the 2025 National Education Day theme, “Universal Participation to Achieve Quality Education for All,” serves as a reminder of the vital role of collaboration among all sectors of society — including the government, higher education institutions, industry, and communities — in building an inclusive and high-quality education system.
“Education is not solely the responsibility of schools or universities, but of all elements of the nation. At Unsurya, we continue to promote curriculum innovation, student involvement in research and community service, and the expansion of educational access for all levels of society,” the Rector stated in his speech.
“Let us realize an education system that meets the challenges of the times, reaches the unreached, and nurtures a generation that is globally competitive while remaining grounded in national values,” he continued.

This National Education Day commemoration serves as a momentum for Unsurya to strengthen its role as a higher education institution that is adaptive and oriented toward social justice and quality learning.
