Teaching Campus Program – MBKM Activity
The Teaching Campus Program is part of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) initiative initiated by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of Indonesia. This program provides students with the opportunity to engage directly with primary education, particularly in schools that require additional support in teaching and strengthening literacy and numeracy skills.
In this program, students act as teaching partners to school teachers, assisting in classroom activities, mentoring students, and contributing positively to the school environment. Beyond teaching, students also participate in administrative tasks, the development of learning media, and the digitalization of school data.
Program Objectives:

To provide students with off-campus learning experiences through direct involvement in the education sector.

-
To develop students’ social, communication, and leadership skills.
-
To foster a spirit of service and concern for education, especially in frontier, outermost, and disadvantaged (3T) regions.
Expected Outcomes:
-
Students gain hands-on experience as educators and education enablers in real-world settings.
-
Schools receive additional human resources to help enhance the quality of education.
-
Stronger synergy is established between higher education institutions and schools in support of national education programs.
