The Information Technology Service Center (PLTI) at Unsurya plays a key role in ensuring the availability and quality of internet services across the campus. PLTI is responsible for maintaining the network infrastructure, providing internet access, and delivering technical support to the academic community. Through a cooperation agreement with the Directorate General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology, Unsurya also receives support for research-related facilities in the field of innovative learning, which includes improved access and quality of internet services to enhance academic and research activities.
