Pada hari Kamis, 07 Mei 2026 Dalam Rangka Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Fakultas Hukum Unsurya, telah dilaksanakan *Sosialisasi KUHP Nasional Bagi Pembimbingan Kemasyarakatan Balai Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Jakarta Timur/Utara* .
Dalam kegiatan ini Dekan Fakultas Hukum Unsurya menjadi Narasumber.
Dalam pengantar penyampaian materi , Dekan Fakultas Hukum UNSURYA Marsda TNI ( Purn) Dr Sujono ,S.H.,M.H., C.Fr.A, CPM, berharap bahwa Paradigma KUHP dan KUHAP Baru yang menjunjung hak asasi dan martabat manusia dan tujuan pemidanaan yang menghadirkan keadilan restoratif, disertai dengan perubahan paradigma Aparat Penegak Hukum termasuk Pembimbing Kemasyarakatan di Balai Pemasyarakatan ( BAPAS).

On this day, Thursday, May 7, 2026, as part of the Community Service Program of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Dirgantara Marsekal Suryadarma (Unsurya), a socialization session was held titled: “Socialization of the National Criminal Code for Community Counselors at the Class I Correctional Center (BAPAS) of East/North Jakarta.”
In this event, the Dean of the Faculty of Law served as the keynote speaker. During his introductory remarks, the Dean of the Faculty of Law at UNSURYA, Air Rear Marshal (Ret.) Dr. Sujono, S.H., M.H., C.Fr.A, CPM, expressed his hope regarding the implementation of the new legal framework.
Dr. Sujono emphasized that the paradigm of the New Criminal Code (KUHP) and Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP)—which upholds human rights, human dignity, and sentencing objectives centered on restorative justice—must be accompanied by a shift in the mindset of Law Enforcement Officials. This specifically includes Community Counselors at the Correctional Centers (BAPAS).
