The Master of Management Study Program at Universitas Dirgantara Marsekal Suryadarma organized a community service activity with the theme Excellent Human Resources at the Huraidhah Foundation, Bogor, on Thursday, December 19, 2024. This event aimed to provide insights and enhance the skills of the surrounding community in developing the quality of human resources (HR), which is a crucial key in facing the challenges of an increasingly evolving world.
The event began with a warm welcome from the Head of the Huraidhah Foundation, Habib Muhammad Alwi Alaydrus. In his remarks, he expressed his gratitude to Universitas Dirgantara Marsekal Suryadarma for choosing the Huraidhah Foundation as the venue for this activity. Habib Muhammad Alwi Alaydrus also emphasized the importance of developing high-quality human resources as a fundamental pillar in building a more advanced and globally competitive society. He hoped that through this event, participants would gain insights and skills that could be directly applied in their daily lives.
The event then continued with a presentation by the keynote speaker, Dr. Ahmad Faisal, S.E., M.M., a lecturer in the Master of Management program. In his presentation, Dr. Ahmad Faisal explained several key aspects related to the development of excellent human resources, ranging from the importance of effective leadership, strengthening interpersonal skills, to human resource management based on technology and innovation. He also provided practical tips on how individuals and organizations can continuously adapt and grow in a rapidly changing digital era. The material presented received an enthusiastic response from the participants, who were eager to implement the various concepts discussed in their professional lives.
The event was also attended by Sri Harjanto, S.E., Branch Head of PT. Tiga Serangkai, who delivered a speech. In his remarks, Sri Harjanto emphasized the importance of synergy between the education sector, the business world, and the community in creating human resources that are ready to face global competition. PT. Tiga Serangkai, which operates in the industrial sector, recognizes that developing high-quality human resources is essential for the sustainability of companies and industries in Indonesia. He also encouraged participants to take advantage of every opportunity to improve their personal capacity, as excellent human resources are valuable assets for both companies and society as a whole.
Following the presentation session, the event continued with an informal gathering that allowed participants to engage in direct discussions with the speakers. Participants showed great enthusiasm in exploring the topics further and shared their experiences regarding the challenges they face in developing human resources in their respective environments. As a token of appreciation for their active participation, the event concluded with the presentation of certificates and souvenirs to the speakers and a few participants who contributed actively during the discussion session. This presentation served as a symbol of appreciation for the participants’ commitment to self-improvement and human resource development in their communities.
The series of events concluded with a tour of the Huraidhah Islamic Boarding School environment, giving participants an opportunity to observe firsthand how the institution strives to shape young generations with strong character and capable skills. The Huraidhah Boarding School is equipped with various facilities and programs that support the development of excellent human resources, covering areas such as religious education, life skills, and leadership. This community service initiative is expected to have a broad and lasting impact on society, fostering the creation of a generation that excels not only academically but also in character and skills, ready to compete on a global level. By improving the quality of human resources, it is hoped that the community around the Huraidhah Foundation will become more empowered to face future challenges and contribute positively to the nation’s progress.
