
Undergraduate Law Students of FH Unsurya Selected as Presenters at the 7th National Conference on Law Studies (NCOLS) Organized by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jakarta (FH UPNVJ) on May 9, 2025
Undergraduate students from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Dirgantara Marsekal Suryadarma (FH UNSURYA) — Marchelino Christopher Runtuwene, Vionna Azikra Aviana, and Aisyiah Ardhani Noer — proudly achieved recognition by being selected as presenters at the 7th National Conference on Law Studies (NCOLS), held by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jakarta on May 9, 2025.
This year, NCOLS carried the theme:
“Legal Development to Align E-Commerce with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).”
Prior to the paper presentations, the committee hosted a national seminar which provided valuable insights for the development of e-commerce in Indonesia.
The Dean of FH Unsurya, Air Vice Marshal (Ret.) Dr. Sujono, S.H., M.H., C.Fr.A., expressed his pride in the three students and conveyed his hopes that this event would bring a positive impact on their academic journey and personal growth.
Under the supervision of Dr. Rizky, S.H., M.H., the three students successfully presented their scientific paper titled:
“Legal Protection for MSMEs as Business Actors in E-Commerce to Support SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth.”
The paper concluded that Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection, along with regulations issued by the Ministry of Trade, provides a legal framework to protect MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) as business actors within the e-commerce sector.
